For a limited time, I am offering one-off, 90 minute, 1:1 coaching sessions.

In 90 minutes we can thoroughly dig deep into one of your biggest Health & Fitness, Intuitive Movement, Intuitive Eating, Body Image, HAES, Mindset questions.

Here are the kinds of things you might want to work with me on:

  • Crafting your plan to ease into movement -OR- ratchet up your intensity
  • Defining your North Star, which helps you reclaim exercise from Toxic Fitness Culture and makes it motivating for you
  • Finding out what exactly is keeping you stuck in resistance mode to all things fitness
  • Getting you acquainted with your Body Compass, which is what tells you what kind and how much movement you actually need at any given moment
  • Filling your Fitness Toolbox with options, variations, and possibilities of types of movement you have at your disposal
  • Get specific about when and how exactly you can fit movement into your day (not vague tips, but looking at your schedule, capacity, interest, resources, etc)
  • Defining your values and understanding why the usual #fitspo has never worked for you
  • Building consistency without resorting to Toxic Fitness Culture shame & blame
  • Figuring out how NOT to beat the sh*t out of yourself when you’re not perfect
  • Crafting a Movement Menu for when you just need to “order out” your exercise
  • Learning modifications for exercises and moves that never feel good in your body
  • Practicing form with someone who knows how to cue clients in larger bodies
  • Help weaning yourself off your fitness trackers that sort of make you feel worse
  • Getting a jumpstart on your New Year’s Resolution to “get healthier” but making sure it’s a non-diet, HAES kind of feel-good health
  • Unpack exactly how you can both want to want exercise, while not spiraling back into body tracking and weight loss goals
