I help overwhelmed and wary women & non-binary folks experience health & fitness without judgment that lasts long beyond the workout and transforms your mind, body, & life.

Like so many of us, I had spent my life trying to play by the health and fitness rules, but it never really fit for me

I realized that if I wanted to make movement & healthy eating a feasible part of my life for the rest of my life, traditional fitness & wellness advice wasn’t going to work.

By combining Intuitive Eating, Body Neutrality, & my fitness expertise, I created Intuitive Fitness to offer a wholistic, science-backed, shame-free approach to health & wellness that lasts a lifetime.
