🤫Want to know the secrets of “motivation” in your fitness practice?
Trying to be “healthy” doesn’t create motivation, but recognizing the instant results of your efforts does.
Which means you need to apply a specific method–a proven process–for getting results in a way that you can feel & measure instantly, so that you know you’re doing the right thing for you.
Which obviously makes a massive difference in your consistency, motivation, health, and life.
Here’s how you make this life-altering switch in your fitness:
1️⃣Forensically investigate and uncover what is actually keeping you stuck in your quest for fitness. (That means NOT just believing what Toxic Fitness Culture has told us our entire life and discovering a new mindset around movement.) Then use those revelations to avoid the stumbling blocks, hurdles, and brick walls that have kept you from moving forward in the past. I’ll teach you the “Stop Hating Fitness Framework” so you can look at exercise in a whole new light and actually start… *checks notes* looking forward to it?!
2️⃣Recalibrate your “Body Confidence Compass.” This is especially crucial if you think you can’t possibly feel better in your body unless you change it, because this is how you actually measure success without shrinking, snatching, or blasting *anything*.
3️⃣Systematically take stock of your values & reasons for moving, so you can learn the difference between *being gentle with yourself* and *WHOOPS-I’m-Avoiding-The-Thing-Again* so you can skip workouts on purpose, and feel great about it. I can teach you how to fill in your “Movement Motivation Map” so that you always know you’re on the right path to meeting your fitness goals.
This is the work I do with my 1:1 Intuitive Fitness Coaching clients, and it’s the reason my clients are able to find fitness that fits for them–and gets them unstuck and feeling great about movement, even after just one session!
