Motivation to Exercise: Spontaneous vs. Responsive Desire

screenshot from Titanic of a foggy window with Rose's hand making a streak with text about desire for exercise

Spontaneous desire (for exercise) vs. Responsive desire (for exercise). Which one do you have?

Would life be easier if we all had a 🥵spontaneous desire to exercise💪?

In our current, fatphobic, ableist, ⚪️ supremacist body hierarchy society: YES! Yes it would!

Spontaneous desire to exercise is more conducive to following the “rules” society says are “real” about “how things work” & how to “be healthy” that makes it easier to live and function in this society.

But I think you know by now that it’s society that is broken, and not you, your body, OR your desire type.

📬️DM me “DESIRE” for my full series about desire (for exercise) types, and what to do if you have a responsive type!
