How does an Intuitive Fitness Coaching Session work?

The thing that makes Intuitive Fitness Coaching so different from regular personal training is the COACHING part.

But you might be wondering how exactly that part works…

In the Live Group Coaching Sessions I’ll be teaching over the next week, I will give you some information, questions, and prompts investigating the thoughts:

“It has to be hard to count.”

&

“I want to feel good in my body.”

And by thinking & writing out the answers for yourself, you will be engaging in self-coaching!

Then, the second half, we will exercise!

I will be teaching it as a group fitness class, starting with a warm up and ending with a stretch cool down.

I will lead everyone through a full body workout for 25 minutes, including variations for every move so that you can choose what fits best for your body right now.

  • One class will be done on the floor, and the other will be done standing — so you don’t need much space.
  • No equipment needed!.
  • You absolutely do not need to have your camera on for it.
  • Sweating is not required! (But if that’s what you’re wanting, we can make that happen!)
