Celebrations Are To Be Had!

Movie still from Little Rascals; two boys in disguise wearing hats, beards, and trench coats

You think motivation comes from achieving huge goals.

Because the motivation comes from you wanting to reward yourself.

You reward yourself for achieving huge goals.

You DON’T reward yourself for achieving small goals.

So you don’t want to achieve small goals.

But you can’t achieve huge goals without achieving 8 million small goals along the way.

So, to achieve huge goals, you need to start rewarding yourself for small goals.

Then you will have that same motivation for small goals as you do for huge goals.

Because there is no such thing as a huge goal; only 8 million small goals stacked on top of each other in a trench coat.

P.S.: Celebrating your wins for the week is how I start every session with my clients. You have to retrain your brain to start seeing them in order to reward yourself.
