Understanding that almost everything that we’ve ever been taught about:
🥞food,
🥗diets,
🍽️eating,
🔥calories,
⚖️weight, &
🩺our health
has been 😱oh my god, so wrong, like, so, SO wrong, almost entirely lies, and not at all science…

Understanding THAT really goes a long way to helping you realize that your body is not a moral issue–no matter what we’ve been taught.

We’re told all too often that our problem is the obesity epidemic because of our diets–or lack thereof.

I disagree.

“We don’t have an epidemic of obesity; our epidemic is one of judgment, bias, and hyperbole”
