It makes total sense that you would feel pulled to make yet another New Year’s Resolution about your health. We’re told all the time from all angles that our health is fully in our control, that we have an obligation to do everything in our power to enhance it and be at the peak of our health, and if we don’t, we basically don’t deserve to even live. ⁠

I know that you just want to feel good. You want to feel well-rested, hydrated, moisturized, well-fed, energized, relaxed, blissful, confident, sexy, strong, free, and all the other adjectives under the sun. That’s all totally fine to want those things!⁠

And I know that weight loss and “healthy living” are touted as the solution to every single one of those things. ⁠

But I can also GUARANTEE you that all of those feelings are achievable WITHOUT weight loss or getting sucked into the diet-by-another-name of “healthy living.” ⁠

If you feel bad about yourself while you’re striving for a goal to improve your health, you are inherently NOT improving your health.⁠

If you don’t believe me, I also get that. Follow my two suggestions on the second slide, and decide for yourself.⁠
