You have the authority and power to live life on your terms, with your values front and center, with intention!
Who is it for?
- It’s great for anyone who is new or returning to fitness…
- But also for folks who exercise regularly, but feel like it’s just another chore, leaving you unfulfilled, or worse, like you’re only doing it to relieve guilt or fear.
- If you are used to marching to the beat of your own drummer…
- Or if you’re ready to break out of the good girl/rule-follower mold and find what fits for you, even if it’s not what everyone else is doing.
- You’ve tackled Intuitive Eating, and you’re ready to expand that same approach to movement…
- As well as anyone who knows fitness, food, and body image are all tied up together, and you don’t know where to start.
What is it?
- 12 weekly sessions on Zoom
- 1 hour per session
- 30 min mindset coaching
- 30 min personal training
- $300 per month/ $900 total
- Option to continue after first 12 weeks
