Instead of buying a new planner & spending an entire Sunday filling it with your “dream schedule” of all the workouts you’re going to do, meals you’re going to prep, and dates you’re going to keep…
When you’re currently doing exactly zero of those things…
Think realistically about what is ONE step more than what you’re currently doing, and then DO THAT THING.
Don’t PLAN on waking up early to go for a run in the morning (when you’ve literally never done that in your life).
Take a 5 minute walk right now.
You can get a dopamine hit by making beautifully laid out plans & living in that fantasy, or…
You can get a dopamine hit by doing a tiny, imperfect fraction of your plan, and living in reality.
