YOUR BRAIN🧠 IS THE CAT🐈⁠

You will NOT ration the bowl of food. ⁠
You will chow down on all of it. ⁠
At once. ⁠
Then what?⁠

You are out of resources. ⁠
For a while.⁠

You must dole out the fitness practices at the appropriate times, or you will be living in a constant state of feast or famine.⁠
