I’ve decided to become fully unhinged here in my SWAK newsletters. (Maybe you’ve already noticed?) And I do mean in an Alice in Wonderland, kind of way; NOT a “heal your gut microbiome with positive thinking” kind of way.
Instagram cannot contain me, nor will I allow The Zuck™ to bury me. He does not know I am a seed.

(Do you even understand the POWER of this? This tree doesn’t just grow ice cream cones. It grows two different flavors on one waffle cone! It IS me.)
And much like the tree that grows swirl ice cream cones, I too am combining & creating the impossible:
- Fitness as a tool for the collective liberation
- Swimsuits for the dystopian beach day
- Hard cider to quench your soul
- Space Jam Secret Sauce to make Intuitive Fitness obsolete
- Bob Ross & Beyoncé, for crying out loud!
As you can imagine, explaining the intricately interwoven nature of these seemingly non-sequiturs needs a little more breathing room than carousels & 7 second reels will allow for.
And so do I.
And so do you.
We all need a little more breathing room, don’t you think?
Maybe a little fresh air. Some sunshine on our skin. And maybe a little less dopamine transmitters getting hacked by Silicon Valley Billionaires.
I am desperately grateful that you have joined me as a SWAK BFF, so you can read these ramblings of a madwoman who–and I swear to god, this is true–just wants to help you reclaim your power from Toxic Fitness & Diet Culture, live your favorite life, and change the goddamn world in the way only you can.
