Intuitive Fitness is THIS and THAT

It can feel selfish to focus on taking care of yourself & investing in coaching or personal training in order to heal and repair your relationship with your body, food, and fitness.⁠

It’s not.⁠

What is micro is macro.⁠

As adrienne maree brown puts it, ⁠
“Small is good, small is all. (The large is a reflection of the small.)”⁠

You aren’t just you.⁠

You are part of the larger whole.⁠

The whole is merely a reflection of all of us; individual “you”s.⁠

If you work on you, you also work on the whole.⁠

emergent strategy is a “strategy for building complex patterns and systems of change through relatively small interactions.”⁠

You can work on yourself AND the system at the same time.⁠

In fact, maybe that’s the only way to sustainably do the work of either?⁠

Take care of yourself. Take care of the world. They’re not mutually exclusive.⁠
