Intuitive Fitness Coaching is a 1:1 program that can help you:

2. Shift your worldview and internal perspective on movement, so you can keep moving even after our work together.

We will grapple with Toxic Fitness Culture vs. Actual Self-Care:

We explore the expectations society puts on us about how and why we’re “supposed” to exercise, validate your completely normal urge to rebel against those, and then discover a comfy middle ground where you move because you WANT to, not because you HAVE to.

Practical, Applicable Tools for Actually Moving Your Body:

Time, energy, capacity, capability, availability, interest. These are real factors that have to be accounted for to figure out how you’re going to add in more movement to your life, or keep it there consistently. I don’t care what the general advice is. We’ll look at YOUR SPECIFIC LIFE and make a plan to fit that.

What CBT-based Mindset Coaching IS and is NOT:

Mindset Coaching is not Toxic Positivity, spiritual bypassing, or gaslighting yourself out of negative emotions and ignoring systemic realities. (Rage, grief, hurt, & identifying oppression are all very much welcomed and appropriate.) Intuitive Fitness Coaching is about specifically accounting for the very real hurdles that our society has pushed in front of us, and how to navigate them by putting blame where it actually belongs, and taking a look at what you actually have control over.
